How to provide additional logs to customer support?

In most cases, providing debug info will be enough for us to understand why your extension doesn't work. But in rare cases, we need more data and that is when we will ask you for logs.

To get logs go to LinkedIn and:

  • Right click choose Inspect (that will open DevTools)

  • Open console tab

  • Again do the Right click and choose "save as"

You will get a document like this: linkedin-some-numbers.log

Send us that file, and we will check what is going on.
